LECTURES

PUBLICATIONS

  • to be completed
  • I co-wrote with Thomas Gaultier the chapter about Portugal of the book “EU Mediation Law and Practice“, edited by Oxford University Press. A practical reference on the EU rules and international initiatives that impact directly on EU cross-border disputes, this handbook is a must-have for any practitioner of cross-border mediation.
  • I contributed to the book “Basics of Online Mediation”. The book covers 3 main points: technical solutions of online conflict resolution, theoretical background of the online conflict resolution and
experience from the practice of the online conflict resolution. The chapter I wrote is titled “A Brain-Based analysis of Online Mediation”.
